Kevin Hamm
President & Chief Executive Officer
Kevin is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of VistaCare Communications located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEO’s, Kevin was also cited as one of Canada’s Top Negotiators in the book The Seven Strategies of Master Negotiators by Dr. Brad McRae.
Kevin has held CEO positions with Pharmasave Drug Stores (10 years), Bell owned DownEast Communications (6 years), along with a two year stint as CEO of Nova Scotia Gateway Secretariat. Prior to these posts, Kevin held senior VP positions with Shoppers Drug Mart and Bolands/IGA.
He is a sought after public speaker on the subject of leadership as he speaks regularly at several Canadian Universities. He sits on the Executive Committee and is past Chair of the Better Business Bureau, Governor at Large for Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame, and sits on several other boards and committees.
Byron Klefenz
General Manager / Principal
Byron is one of the key leaders in the company and our resident Fibre Optic expert. With over 20 years working with many of Canada's leading telecommunications providers, Byron understands the challenges and opportunities presented by Fibre Optic projects and helps guide our clients to a successful completion of their projects.
An avid athlete and sports fan Byron spends his down time outside with his family.
Sean Reyno
Chief Operating Officer
Sean has over 21 years in the communication industry, starting in the trenches as an installer in the cable business and working his way into line construction. His practical experience includes spending 9 years as a lineman working across Canada and into the US. He went to work for Shaw Cable to learn more of the technical side of the business for two years then overseas to learn the COEI portion of the industry.
After his return from overseas, Sean opened a small company which expanded to what is now VistaCare Communications, employing over 100 people and is one of the premier turnkey communications contractors in Eastern Canada. With Sean's guidance VistaCare continues to strive to be the best in the field, based on the goal of supplying a superior service at a competitive price.
